Aperol Spritz Slushie

Fill to the 42 oz line for optimal slushie consistency. Keep alcohol concentration in mind — spirits above 15% ABV may need to be diluted for the best freeze.

INGREDIENTS (Min Fill ~ 42 oz)

• 1 1/2 cups Prosecco 
• 1 cup Aperol
• 1 cup orange juice 
• 1/4 cup simple syrup 
• 1 1/2 cups water 
• Club soda, to top once poured into a glass 

INSTRUCTIONS 

1. In a large bowl or pitcher, combine all ingredients and stir until fully incorporated. Give it a quick taste — adjust simple syrup if you'd like it sweeter.
   
   
2. Pour the mixture into the machine's container, filling to the appropriate fill line.
3. Select the Spiked Slushie setting. The machine will automatically start at the ideal temperature for a smooth texture — adjust as needed for your preferred consistency.
   
   
4. When your frozen drink is ready, the unit will beep. Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
