All appliance orders ship free with standard freight delivery.
Holiday Shipping
During the holiday season, please expect and account for holiday shipment delays. There will be a minimum of a week delay for processing time, not including carrier delays.
It is very important to open and inspect your order upon receipt. We require that you contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you discover a shipment shortage or damage with your order. Please contact us at 1-888-808-6906 and a Thor Kitchen Parts Representative will assist you.

Shipping to PO boxes is not available.
PARTS: Customer is responsible for a 15% restocking fee and shipping return fee on all parts unless order is delivered damage or defective. The return period for parts is within 30 days of the delivery date.
NEW APPLIANCES: The return period for renewed appliances is within 30 days of the delivery date. If the customer would like to initiate a return, a 15% restocking fee and shipping return fee will be applied unless the order is delivered damage or defective. For defects outside the return period, the 2-year warranty is included with all new appliances.
RENEWED APPLIANCES: The return period for renewed appliances is within 30 days of the delivery date. If the customer would like to initiate a return, a 15% restocking fee and shipping return fee will be applied unless the order is delivered damage or defective. For defects outside the return period, the 90-day warranty is included with all renewed appliances.
Within the 30-day return window, if the product doesn’t work correctly or stops working, contact us, and we’ll be happy to replace the defective item.
