All items will be processed within 2-5 business days handling time

* (Expedited shipping is currently unavailable.) Expedited delivery for backordered parts will be shipped out only after the item comes into stock in our warehouse. Standard processing times will still apply after the backordered timeframe.
All appliance orders ship free with standard freight delivery.

Holiday Shipping

During the holiday season, please expect and account for holiday shipment delays. There will be a minimum of a week delay for processing time, not including carrier delays.


DAMAGE OR DEFECTIVE SHIPMENTS

It is very important to open and inspect your order upon receipt. We require that you contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you discover a shipment shortage or damage with your order. Please contact us at using this form and a Thor Kitchen Parts Representative will assist you.
Standard ground shipping time is 7 to 10 business days.

FAILED SHIPMENTS

Appliances returned to our warehouse due to failed delivery are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This fee applies to cover handling and processing costs. To the exception of the order being returned due to damage or defect. Any part orders returned to our warehouse due to a failed delivery will be fully refunded without the initial shipping charges.


REFUNDS

Refunds are issued 7 to 10 business days after the return is processed.
